RUBBER EXTRUSION (capacity to extrude up to 150mm diameter)
We are capable of extruding solid, hollow or sponge profiles in the following: rubber sponge, silicone rubber, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), neoprene, viton, nitrile rubber, sponge, foamed silicone profiles, polyurethane, etc. We can extrude in any shape from 1mm solid cord to gaskets to multi-chamber profiles to buffers to tubes to fenders, sheet materials or strip, basic or custom extrusion. Generally, if colour matching is required we would suggest silicone. We can offer an accurate cutting service, welded corners, overprinting, vulcanising and even rubber to metal - a full rubber design service.

RUBBER/PVC MATS, STRIPS, BARS, PIPES, HOSES, RODS, BELTS, LAYFLAT, CUT WASHERS
In all the above materials we have a lot of dies/moulds readily available with no tooling costs. We may be able to adapt/add to some tooling at a modest cost. We are able to price in virtually all rubber and plastic compounds. We offer a cutting or further engineering service if required.

RUBBER STRIPS - SOLID RUBBER OR CELLULAR (FOAMED)
EPDM, neoprene, silicone or nitrile rubber, plain or with adhesive, cut from any thickness x any width.

RUBBER MOULDS
We are able to produce or source any EPDM, silicone, neoprene moulds, ie. sleeves, bellows, key-pads, tubes, sweet and food moulds, grommets, washers, O-rings, balls, pads, cushion devices, feet, eye pads, patterned rings, caps, bungs, rubber to metal parts extruded and cut to size.

 

PVC OR RUBBER DIP MOULDINGS
Gearbox sleeves, gators, feet, correctly shaped electrical socket covers for protection, hand tool handles, grips, covers, sleeves, shrouds, assistance in spray protection and much more in PVC or rubber.

RUBBER SPONGE EXTRUSIONS
In all densities, rubber, EPDM, neoprene and silicone from simple cords to rectangles or complex shapes. Also good square corners if required. Rings made for drum seals.

RUBBER/PLASTIC MATTING
Plain, patterned, ribbed, fluted in any thickness x width including heavy duty.
PLASTIC EXTRUSIONS (capacity to extrude to 100mm diameter)
Rigid or flexible PVC (or dual hardness) facilities for PVC extrusions in the following materials: PVC - rigid, PVC - flexible, hard and soft grades, polypropylene, EVA, acrylic, TPE, TPR, perspex, nylon expanded plastics, ie. Cellular, most colours or shapes. We offer in or out of line further engineering to include hole punching, cutting, lamination, ribbing, striping, embossing, printing, bending, foil & wood graining, double-sided tape application, assembly and packaging in large or small runs. A wide range of angles and shapes including 'L' 'H' 'h' 'T' 'U' 'I' and 'O' cross sections in many sizes.

PLASTIC STRIPS
Flexible or rigid or cellular foamed skinned PVC or hollow PVC, cut to any width x any thickness, from plastic belting to insert panels to cladding sections for internal or external use.

NYLON/PLASTIC PARTS
Washers, nuts, screws, caps, hose clamps, push-in hole fillers and spacers.

O-RINGS (fine tolerance), BACK UP RINGS, QUAD RINGS, WASHERS
We are able to source, quickly, virtually any size O-ring in any material, ie. nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, silicone, viton, PTFE coated silicone or kalrez. We have access to over 15,000 moulds (any UK, USA, German, French or Japanese size) for any size of washer, in any material. Fax us details of the O-rings or washers you use. We may save you money!!

WASHERS, SHIMS FOR ELECTRICAL USE, SPACERS, PACKERS
We are able to source/make virtually any size washer/shim from 0.10mm thick to up to 5 metres in diameter in virtually any material. Facilities to us include laser, water jet, lathe cut and stamping.

POLYPROPYLENE PILE SEALS
A large range of flexible engineered intricate brush seals made from polypropylene, base size from 5mm to 50mm x overall heights of 3mm to 20mm and over 100 sizes stocked. Many extruded PVC and aluminium holders are available. Capable of may sealing and soft buffer/cushioning type applications.

CORDS
Plain rubber, silicone or EPDM or neoprene, in solid or sponge. Most can be extruded within 2 weeks.

BRUSH STRIP/BRUSH SEALS
Our brushes are suitable for draught prevention, dust control, noise reduction, guides, pest proofing, spray booths, garage doors, industrial doors, cold rooms, light seals, vehicles, boats, greenhouses, conveyors, dock levellers, cabinets and sealing all types of doors and windows. We have brushes from 3mm to 300mm trim out. Most stock brushes are made from nylon filaments. We have a wide range of supportive carriers to assist with fitting all normally available from stock. We would be pleased to provide a quotation for the cutting of brushes on longer bulk orders. We welcome enquiries for 'special', ie. stainless steel wire, phosphor bronze, carbon fibre (anti-static), animal hair, tampico, brass wire, copper wire, abrasive nylon, PPN, PE and PVC. Most special brush strips can be made in 2-4 weeks.

CUP BRUSHES, BRUSH RINGS, ROTARY/CYLINDER BRUSHES, LOOSE SPIRAL REPLACEMENTS
Made to your own specification. For cleaning machines/CNC cutting machines, even brushes used on the space shuttle!!. Most brushes can be made in a realistic lead time of 3-4 weeks and thereafter to your scheduled requirements.

GASKETS
Available in any material, cut by laser or water jet or stamped/pressed or cut from extrusion.

SILICONE EXTRUDED TUBE
A full range if dies available for extruding virtually any size tube with any diameter x any wall thickness, in all colours - transparent, plain or ribbed inside or outside (or both) cut pieces or coiled. Now available with reinforcement. FDA/medical grades to order - we can even make fluorescent or glow in the dark.

FOAM STRIPS IN SOFT HARD PVC, PPN, POLYPROPYLENE, POLYESTER
A wide range of materials is available to cut any thickness x any width, plain or with adhesive.

STRIP DOOR OR DOCK CURTAINS
Fax us with your door opening width x height and fixing type and we will be pleased to provide you with our quotation.

FURNITURE TRIMS
Most types available from within 2 days to 3 weeks, including wood grain and gold coloured finishes.

PHENOLIC MOULDS/FLOATS
Small moulds for floating in chemical tanks, ie. hydrocarbons, petrol, good floating ability. A good floating material for harsh environments.

BALLS
Hollow for heat, liquid, fume retention or any size of solid balls in any material.

HIGH TEMPERATURE PLUGS/CAPS/BUNGS
To protect threads/holes when metal finished or paint spraying.

POLYURETHANE
Extruded and cast/moulded/centrifuged or machined.

FLOOR AND WALL PROTECTION
A range of strong films for building renovation assisting protection.

COMPONENTS
We have a good library for sourcing difficult to locate components. We welcome the challenge!!
